Cancellation Policy

We aim to provide flexible and reliable cleaning services to meet your needs. We understand that plans can change, so we have a simple cancellation policy to ensure fairness for everyone.

Rescheduling or Cancelling Your Appointment

  • Notice Period: If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled service.

Cancellation Fees

  • Within 48 Hours: If you cancel less than 48 hours before your booking, a cancellation fee may apply to cover the costs of our team’s time and preparation.
  • No-Show Policy: If our team arrives at your property and cannot access it due to no one being available or incorrect information provided, a fee may apply.

Refunds

  • Eligible Refunds: If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, any prepayments will be fully refunded.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Changes to Your Booking

We’re happy to accommodate changes to your booking wherever possible. Please give us as much notice as you can so we can adjust our schedule to meet your needs.
