By using the services provided by All in One Aussie Cleaning, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms may be updated periodically without prior notice, so we encourage you to review them regularly.

General Service Terms

  • Access Fees: For properties above the ground floor without elevator access, additional charges may apply.
  • Utilities: Water and electricity must be available on-site. Without these, our service guarantee becomes void.
  • Vacated Premises: Properties must be vacated before the cleaning service begins. Non-removable items may limit the scope of our warranty.
  • Lost Items: We are not responsible for personal items left behind and deemed waste during the cleaning process.

Service Day Protocol

  • Key Access: If you cannot be present during the service, you must provide access to the property.
  • Contact Availability: Ensure you are reachable by phone during the service for any immediate concerns or clarifications.

Quotation and Pricing

  • Initial Quotes: All quotes are based on the details you provide and may be adjusted after a physical inspection of the property.
  • Revised Quotes: Any changes to the initial quote will be communicated prior to service commencement. Approval is required to proceed.
  • Non-Acceptance: If you do not agree to the revised quote, warranties related to the service may not apply.

Service Guarantee

  • Rectification Period: If any issues arise with items on our cleaning checklist, they must be reported within 7 Days after service completion for a free re-clean.
  • Exclusions: Permanent damage, mold, or pre-existing stains are not covered under our guarantee.

Additional Costs

  • Extra Services: Services such as external window cleaning, wall washing, and appliance cleaning are available upon request and will incur additional charges.
  • Special Conditions: Factors like pet occupancy, long-term unoccupancy, or furnished properties may affect the final price.
  • Parking and Accessibility: If special arrangements are needed for parking or access, additional fees may apply.

Carpet Cleaning

  • Standard Cleaning: Basic carpet cleaning includes common dirt and stains. Severe conditions or stubborn stains may incur extra costs.
  • Results: While we strive for the best outcomes, certain stains, wear, or damage cannot be guaranteed.

Code of Conduct

  • Behavior Policy: Harassment or abusive behavior towards our staff will not be tolerated. In such cases, services will be terminated immediately without a refund.

100% Bond Back Guarantee

  • Coverage: The bond back guarantee applies to properties cleaned as per our checklist within 7 Days of service completion.
  • Free Reclean: If any cleaning-related concerns are raised by your landlord or agent within this time frame, we will return to rectify the issue at no additional cost within 48 Hours of notification.
  • Exclusions: The guarantee does not cover permanent damage, pre-existing stains, or issues beyond cleaning (e.g., maintenance repairs).

No Refund Policy

  • Strict No Refunds: We Do Not Provide Refund or Partial Refund in Any Circumstances After Completion of the Cleaning. We Go Back and Reclean Multiple Time to Fullfill Property Managers Needs.

Payment and Cancellation

  • Payment: Full payment is required before the service begins.
  • Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee is charged to secure your appointment.
  • Cancellations: Refer to our Cancellation Policy for terms regarding changes or cancellations to your booking.

Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for service delays or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.

Photography Consent

  • Use of Images: Photographs may be taken before, during, and after the service for quality control or promotional purposes. If you do not consent, please notify us in writing beforehand.
