Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services and ensuring customer satisfaction. To maintain fairness and transparency, we have a strict refund policy as outlined below.

No Refund After Service Completion

  • Completed Services: Once a cleaning service has been successfully completed, refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
  • Scope of Work: Our team ensures all work is completed as per the agreed scope. Any additional requests beyond the original agreement are not eligible for refunds.

Free Re-Clean Policy

If you are not satisfied with the results of our service, we offer a free re-clean to address any concerns:

  • Eligibility: Free re-cleans can be requested within 7 Days of the initial service.
  • Process: Contact us by phone or email to describe the issue, and we will arrange a re-clean at your earliest convenience.

Cancellations and Pre-Service Refunds

  • Cancellation Before Service: If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the scheduled time, any prepayment will be refunded.
  • Cancellation Within 48 Hours: Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service.
